DETROIT – State Representative George Cushingberry Jr. (D-Detroit) today urged Detroit residents to attend a special hearing of the House Judiciary Committee to discuss his plan to reduce the number of Michigan residents in prison and save the state millions of dollars.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 10:30 a.m. in the House Appropriations Room at the Capitol Building, in Lansing.
